Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer support team within 14 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the unopened packaging.
Receive Return Authorization
Once your request is approved, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed shipping instructions via email.
Pack and Ship
Securely pack the item in its original box with all accessories and manuals included, clearly marking the RMA number on the outside of the package.
Inspection and Refund
After our technicians inspect the returned unit for hardware integrity, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
